Julianadorp Beach Access is the largest and most well-known beach entrance in Julianadorp aan Zee. There is a large pavilion on the beach, and a lifeguard station is present. This beach access has the Blue Flag certification and has consistently ranked in the top 10 of Cleanest Beaches in the Netherlands for years. It has also been the top beach in North Holland in the rankings three times.

At the exit to the bungalow park Strandslag Julianadorp and restaurant Noordzee, there is a parking lot where you can park your car for free. It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the beach from the parking lot.
The beach is most easily accessible by bicycle, where you can find ample bicycle parking. From the bicycle parking area, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the beach.
During the summer season, the Coast Bus (851) runs from the Den Helder train station to this beach entrance, with a bus stop at Strandslag Noordzee. It’s a 10-minute walk to the beach from this stop.
The access road to the beach is completely paved and easily accessible with a wheelchair. There is a beach wheelchair available at the lifeguard station that you can use to easily navigate the beach. It cannot be reserved and is free to use.
